Pull Request Overview
This PR updates the project's system requirements documentation to reflect newer versions of development tools and dependencies. The changes modernize the minimum required versions for the Java Development Kit, macOS operating system, and Xcode.
Key Changes:
- Updated JDK requirement from version 11 to 21
